Practical Problems of Wood Plastic Industry
Chinawood plastic industry has inevitably exposed many problems, and the existence of these problems has greatly hindered the development of China's wood plastic industry.
1. industry is not very standardized. Most of China's wood plastic enterprises are private in nature, and it is rare that they are directly managed by the government. Affected by historical reasons and scale limitations, the industry chaos in China's wood-plastic industry is relatively common. There are only more than 10 industrialized and large-scale enterprises in the whole industry, especially the lack of group enterprises and large-scale backbone enterprises. Compared with large-scale wood-plastic enterprises with tens of thousands of tons and hundreds of thousands of tons abroad, it is difficult for domestic wood-plastic enterprises to form effective forces to expand, and the industry concentration is insufficient, it has greatly hindered the development of the wood-plastic industry to scale and vertical depth.
2. is insufficient. At present, domestic wood plastic enterprises not only lack of investment in R & D, but also lack of technical backbone, serious lack of leading figures in technological innovation, and the phenomenon of lack of green and yellow is more serious. Many state-owned R & D institutions, universities and wood plastic enterprises have not established effective communication, coordination and cooperation mechanisms, there are few exchanges of technology and innovation between them, the transformation process of scientific research achievements is very slow, and the level of most patents is low. If we do not establish a new linkage mechanism of technological innovation, the above problems are difficult to be satisfactorily resolved.
3. technology integration needs to be completed urgently. At present, most wood-plastic production enterprises have a weak technological foundation, and a few technical personnel are very scattered and unstable, lacking effective means of industrial technology integration and innovation. It is difficult to accumulate the existing strength of the wood-plastic industry to promote the development process of the wood-plastic industry cluster, and build a demonstration enterprise with independent research and development technology as the core. The key promotion effect of technological innovation and advanced technology on the development of the wood-plastic industry has not yet been fully revealed.
4. varieties lacks strength. At present, the overall production capacity of the national wood-plastic enterprises is acceptable, but the production line configuration lacks rationality, the product variety is relatively single and the specifications are messy, the leading products lack characteristics, and the wood-plastic board with low technical content has almost become synonymous with China's wood-plastic industry. Functional, intensive, and high-value complete sets of products are especially in short supply. The actual production and sales are much lower than the design capacity, and the scale efficiency and high added value are difficult to reflect. When wood-plastic materials and their products face the market, often there is only a dominant tendency and no decisive victory.
5. quality technical standards are absent. The national standards of wood-plastic composites and their products are sloppy, the absence of industry standards, and the strange state of the makers. Non-wood-plastic industry institutions and organizations have fierce and chaotic competition for the interests of wood-plastic standards. Some quality and technical standards are vague and unrealistic, which still makes most enterprises at a loss. On the issue of quality standards, we are still "crossing the river by feeling the stones". The confusion and lag in the formulation of quality and technical standards have seriously affected the normal and healthy development of the wood-plastic industry.
in short, the accumulated disadvantages of China's wood-plastic industry can be attributed to the following sticking points: extensive raw materials, chaotic equipment, simple technology and single product, but there is only one root cause-a serious absence of a standard system.
